Are you a master of investigative precision, a keen-eyed observer who transforms minor hiccups into avenues of enhancement? If so, your talents align perfectly with our quest for a Quality Assurance Officer. As the Sherlock Holmes of our Quality team, you'll lead the charge in our complaint handling process, ensuring swift resolutions and fortified prevention strategies.

But that's not all – you'll orchestrate external audits, partnering with internal teams to showcase our commitment to excellence. With you at the helm, our Quality Management System will thrive, guaranteeing top-notch processes across operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring an accurate complaint registration data;
• You initiate root cause analysis to lead to preventive measures;
• You report on complaints (for sales, operations and management review);
• Elevating our Quality Management System to new heights;
• You coordinate internal auditing (create team of auditors, year plan of audits, discrepancies action plan);
• Coordinating external audits to uphold our Quality Standard;
• Collaborating with operational teams to implement preventive measures;

• Amplifying quality consciousness through dynamic presentations, training, and engagement initiatives.
