Functieomschrijving

In this position as Procurement Officer, you will work closely with various departments within the organization. Together you will ensure that all procurement processes are carried out efficiently and effectively. You provide procurement support to our business and take care of the processing of procurement tasks and documentation. You are also responsible for maintaining contacts with suppliers and preparing requests for quotations. In addition, you prepare and execute supplier negotiations.

You work closely with the business units and KWS ExH procurement and perform market analyses. Furthermore, you ensure a good practice approach and support teams in using Spend Cloud in our efforts to achieve 100% purchase orders. Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, following up on timely action points and following internal ordering and invoicing procedures are also part of your duties.

As Procurement Officer, you will create, track and document procurement policies and standards that align with the KWS Group. You will maintain the contract database within the Spend Cloud tool and support PVS claims towards suppliers. You collaborate with our business to generate cost optimizations and strive to improve processes, system applications, products and services.
