We're excited to welcome a Marketing & Sales Support Specialist to our rapidly growing Product Management department. As we expand our market-oriented portfolio of varieties to address our customers challenges, we need someone who can elevate our product management processes and streamline our data management.

Our Product Management department is at the forefront of developing varieties that meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers. We're looking for a driven individual who can serve as the central hub, optimizing our product management processes and enhancing our coordination between teams.

Your Role: As our Marketing & Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping our product management success. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

• Collecting market information from various sources and organizing it within Salesforce CRM;
• Coordinating and executing customer surveys to gain valuable insights;
• Ensuring that trial plans from Product Management are accurately recorded in our trial observation system;
• Supporting Product Management by analyzing trial data using Power-BI;
• Managing documentation, samples, and promotional materials in collaboration with different departments;
• Ensuring accurate and complete variety information in our Product Information Management system;
• Overseeing master data management in our ERP system;
• Coordinating Power-BI reporting needs and converting them into actionable dashboards;
• Contributing to strategic projects within Product Management.
