As we are growing fast, and we are on the verge of selling our products commercially, we are looking for a: Customer success agronomist

In the position of Customer Success Agronomist you will be responsible for providing full product and agronomic support to the Solynta marketing effort. It is your mission to ensure our customers and partners are successful. This will include setting up customized agronomic research and guidance with the objective of paving the way for smooth and successful introduction of the use of Solynta’ s ground breaking HTPS technology.

Tasks:

• Provide detailed product description and performance overview;
• Liaise closely with Solynta technical divisions in view of sourcing required product info;
• Liaise closely with Solynta commercial team to determine needed product support;
• Define optimum agronomic guidelines for target markets;
• Engage with identified customers to ensure their success;
• Determine product support plan for new customers;
• Coordinate and monitor product demonstrations and field days;
• Monitor and guide product registrations;
• Establish local product priorities and competition.
