Functieomschrijving

As Account Manager Babyleaf North West Europe and Oceania at Pop vriend seeds you are responsible for creating a positive name around Pop vriend seeds and Babyleaf on the fresh market. You are the power behind the growth and awareness of the Babyleaf assortment of Pop vriend seeds. In addition, you draw up a long-term strategy (account plan) and together with your team you identify new opportunities to increase the market share of Pop vriend seeds.

You visit existing and potential customers to identify solutions to be developed in cooperation with the dealers and breeding department. In addition to identifying solutions, you are adept at analyzing global and local market trends. In order to ensure optimal product positioning and processes. You respond to these market developments and manage and improve the product assortment to ensure consistent profitability. Besides managing the portfolio assortment you will also take care of the commercial launch of new varieties within this assortment, this you will do together with the regional exclusive dealers and the Pop vriend seeds operations and marketing team.

Wij vragen

  • You have demonstrable experience in sales and/or production within the agricultural sector;
  • You are available to come to our location in Andijk 2 days a week;
  • You preferably have 3 years’ experience in the vegetable (seed) industry and at least a completed HBO education in the direction of Agronomy or horticulture;
  • You are fluent in English and German, additional languages are an advantage;
  • You are willing to travel approx. 30-50%.
