Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional looking for an exciting opportunity? Then this position as Account Manager beans might be for you. As part of our organization, you will take on the crucial responsibility of managing and expanding our portfolio of international key customers. Specifically, your focus will be on the fresh market beans industry in the Benelux and Africa regions.
In this role as Account Manager, you will work closely with dealers, growers, traders, and retailers, providing them with the necessary support to introduce and promote our varieties and new product concepts in both local and non-local markets. Your expertise in account management will be crucial in developing and implementing effective account plans, establishing strong partnerships, and capitalizing on business opportunities.
Additionally, you will play a critical role in defining and executing demo and launch plans for new bean varieties, aligning them with market developments and the evolving needs of our customers. By conducting thorough customer visits, you will have the opportunity to evaluate the distinctive features, advantages, and benefits of our beans in diverse settings, including the field and partner facilities such as distributors and packers.
Maintaining accurate sales forecasts will also be an aspect of your role as Account Manager, ensuring optimal planning and resource allocation. Furthermore, you will provide valuable technical support to position and analyze our bean varieties throughout the entire supply chain, taking into account factors such as growing conditions, sourcing, logistics, and sustainability parameters.
